Dr. Yaqoob has over 18 years of experience in the field of surgery.

He completed his MD from College of Medicine, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman and later obtained FCCP, FICS, FRCSC and FACS.

Dr. Yaqoob has extensive experience in the fields of Thoracic and Upper GI (Esophagus and Stomach, Lungs, mediastinum, bronchoscopies and OGDs, pleura, chest wall and diaphragm) utilizing minimally invasive, VATS or open approaches, in addition to general surgeries.
